simon

Simon came to us from an abusive home. He was the most neurotic dog I'd ever seen. Since then, he's claimed me as his human and we are very close. I have a disease that causes me chronic pain, so when I'm having a bad day, he will not leave my side. He know's how much I need him. I don't know what I'd do without him. He's our second Bostie... our first was named Cricket. She lived with us for 13 years before cancer got the better of her. She was my wife's first dog, and we miss her terribly!"
I'm sorry to hear about Cricket, but I'm glad you and Simon found each other.

You sound like a wonderfully compassionate person to have taken Simon in. It seems that Simon is equally as compassionate for you and your chronic pain. I, too, am glad you both found each other. Dogs can be such wonderful, smart and loving animals. I'm sure Simon is a great friend.
